Data Protection Policy

The association collects, processes and uses personal data of its members to fulfil the purposes and tasks permitted under the constitution of the association.

The association can arrange insurance policies to receive benefits for itself and/or for its members. To implement or terminate the contracts for insurance policies, the association transmits personal data of its members to the responsible insurance company up to the necessary extent.

In connection with public or private events and other activities mentioned in the constitution, the association publishes the names and photos of its members on its homepage and sends names and photos for publication to the print and telemedia as well as electronic media. A member can object to the publication of individual photos of themselves to the board at any time. Once the objection has been received, publication/transmission will be stopped and the association will remove existing photos from its homepage.

Through their membership and the associated recognition of this constitution, members agree to the collection, processing and use of their personal data to the extent and scope stated above. The association is only permitted to use data for purposes other than fulfilling its statutory tasks and purposes if it is legally obliged to do so. Data may not be sold.

Every member undertakes the responsibility to treat the data confidential, which is made available to them as part of the membership list. The same applies to all financial matters of the association.

We are committed to not disclose the personal data of the members to third parties for any commercial or non commercial purposes. For further details on the data usage, kindly refer to our general data protection policy here (www.aifaev.de)
